Hello

Hello everyone who's reading this. If you are reading aloud hello everyone else. My name is Ronan and this is my first blog post of many. A little bit about me: I love geography, math, reading, and soccer. I play the clarinet and speak a little Turkish and French. I am writing this blog because in less than a year I will be leaving this country for my dad's job, the foreign service. The foreign service is the best job you can get pretty much. You get to travel the world, live in nice houses that are paid for by the government, and have MANDATORY vacation. As I said earlier this is my first blog of many. I will probably post another blog next week.
Hosçakalīn,
Ronan

  1. Hello Ronan!

Wow. I remember when Bruce told me he was sitting on the porch with your mum and dad and their 6-month-old baby!

This has all the makings of a great blog, and I'm looking forward to hearing about the family's adventures through your eyes.

    A few comments:

I LOVE the curly-q font. If you could make it a little bigger, it would help my husband. Remember, he's got a few years on you and his eyes can use all the help they can get.

Your photos don't seem to be showing up well. This is one of those things that happens with websites. Annoying, isn't it? I'm looking forward to seeing them.

Finally, I'm intrigued by the second title word -- diplomacn. As I understand it, you're Irish and not Welsh, which means you have vowels (just kidding, Welsh folks). So a "y" is in order. Unless, of course, you're secretly Welsh, and that's okay too. Anyway, they have lots of "y"s.

    Love to you all!
    Tine

  2. Tine, I couldn't read your post in that odd font. Haha. Fixed it and I am working on the pictures.

  3. Hi Ronan-
It's Bruce. I hope you remember me! Did you know that I have degrees in both Geography and Math? Well, I do! So I'll be watching your blog. Good for you and keep it up. Best regards- Bruce
